Shipping Policy
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-5 business days of purchase (excluding religious holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
- Enjoy free shipping within the Tri-State area on all orders of $75 or more.
- For orders outside of the Tri-State area, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
- Please note: We cannot be responsible for deliveries shipped to hotels, camps, or bungalow colonies.
- During new product launches or special sales, processing and delivery times may take a little longer than usual.
Pickup Policy
- Orders are typically ready for pickup within 1-5 business days from the date of purchase (excluding religious holidays). You will receive an email notification once your order is available.
- Orders must be picked up within 2 days of receiving your pickup notification email.
- If an order is not collected within 2 days, it may be cancelled or forfeited.
- The 14-day return window begins on the order fulfillment date.
- Please note: During new product launches or sales events, fulfillment and pickup times may be extended.
Return Policy
- Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, with all original tags and packaging.
- Please include your packing slip (or a note with your name, email, and order number).
- Returns are one-time per order, so be sure to include everything you'd like to send back.
- Final Sale items (purchased with a promo code) cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping.
We do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, simply place a new order once your return is processed.
