Shipping/Return Policy

ATT: LOCAL PICKUP AND RETURNS ARE TEMPORARILY NOT AVAILABLE, ALL RETURNS MUST BE MAILED USING OUR RETURN PORTAL.




Shipping:

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during new season launches or sales.
  • Free shipping on orders over $49.
  • $8 flat-rate shipping on all orders.
  • We are not responsible for packages shipped to commercial addresses, hotels, camps, or bungalow colonies.

Local Pickup:

  • You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
  • The 14-day return window begins on the date the pickup-ready email is sent

Sale Items:

  • No price adjustments on previous purchases.
  • Sale orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed.
  • All sale items are final sale.

Gift Orders:

Gifted orders will only be issued store credit, full return policy applies.

Return Policy:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Local drop-offs are free of charge. 
  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and have original tags attached.
  • Please include the packing slip or a note with your name and order number.
  • We do not offer exchanges. To receive a different size or item, please return your order and place a new one.
