Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during new season launches or sales.
- Free shipping on orders over $49.
- $8 flat-rate shipping on all orders.
- We are not responsible for packages shipped to hotels, camps, or bungalow colonies.
Local Pickup:
- You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
- The 14-day return window begins on the date the pickup-ready email is sent
Sale Items:

No price adjustments on previous purchases.
- Sale orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed.
- All sale items are final sale.
Return Policy:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Local drop-offs are free of charge.

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and have original tags attached.
- Please include the packing slip or a note with your name and order number.

We do not offer exchanges. To receive a different size or item, please return your order and place a new one.
